Ability Advocates Business & Book Launch Event Parramatta

Enterprise Plus Business Advisor, Court Sayer-Roberts attended the official launch of Social Enterprise Ability Advocates and the debut of their founder’s co-authored book ‘Shaken Stirred but not Deterred‘ in Parramatta, last month.

The evening help at Nick & Nora’s, Paramatta, was filled with inspiration and hope. CEO and Founder of Ability Advocates Lorraine Salloum shared her personal story as a mother of a child with a disability and the organisations mission 
to foster a world where everyone, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to thrive.

Together with a team of Ability Advocates they aim to raise awareness and garner support for the vital work they will be doing to empower people with disabilities and their families.

Federal Treasury Deputy Secretary Maryanne MracrovicDeputy Mayor Fairfield Council Reni Barkho, and Barbara Perry, chair of MaroniteCare and Marist180 and Senior Public Servants from NSW Health, NSW Education, NSW Department of Justice and Communities and Jo Abi from 9Honey and many others were in attendance who will undoubtedly contribute to the growth and success of Ability Advocates and create positive change in the lives of people with disabilities, their families, and the community as a whole.
