Randall Walker from Enterprise Plus has held a series of meetings with Paula Mills, the dynamic global edu-entrepreneur and CEO of the Academy of Entrepreneurs, in the incredible meeting environment of one of the Google workspaces in Sydney.
As a not-for-profit organisation assisting small businesses recovering from three years of disruption, we are excited to collaborate with the Academy of Entrepreneurs (AoE) in 2023.
AoE has generously agreed to share game-changing content which will benefit our valued business owners who have displayed great resilience and are still persevering with great tenacity.
Some exciting content is designed to support agri-preneurs, tradie-preneurs, and women in business with topics like “Women empowerment hackathon”.
Paula is passionate about driving transformation in companies, institutions, charities, and governments by encouraging disruptive thinking and turning perceived problems into business opportunities that create social impact.
Paula advocates that emotional intelligence (EI), also referred to as emotional quotient (EQ), is having the skills and ability to perceive, interpret, demonstrate, control, evaluate, and use emotions to communicate with and relate to others effectively and constructively, is the most critical ingredient for success for entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders.
