Marketing Plan 101

May 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm AEST

Your Marketing Plan is ideally a key part of your overall Business Plan. Sometimes, out of necessity, it is a standalone document. The critical importance of an effective Marketing Plan is that it brings focus to your marketing efforts to attract customers in a cost-effective way. Revenue should represent a worthwhile Return On Investment (ROI) relative to your marketing expenditure. It is a systematic process involving the assessment of marketing opportunities and resources, the determination of marketing objectives and the development of a plan for implementation and control.

PRESENTER: Lisa LaMaitre.

MODERATOR: Fiona Latham-Cannon.
