Megan Edwards joined Enterprise Plus in May 2022, and became a Get Back In The Game Program Coordinator in January 2023. She mentors 15-19 year olds in Picton, Southern Highlands, and Goulburn areas, helping them find their career pathways.
With 20 years of experience in various administrative roles and four years as a sole trader trainer, Megan has a solid foundation in training needs analysis, material creation, and student mentoring. Her passion for working with young people in education is deeply rooted in her lifelong learning journey.
Megan finds her role both challenging and rewarding. She enjoys using her empathy, compassion, and creativity to help young people realise their potential and achieve their goals. Dedicated to continual self and professional development, Megan has completed courses in project management, adult education, business administration, software packages, and leadership.
