Delivered in easy-to-understand language you will learn how to read, interpret, and use your Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss to manage and maximise the performance and overall health of your business. You will also gain insight on the need to plan and project, to budget your expectation of your business performance into the future, to establish your “roadmap”. You will also gain an understanding of the importance of cash flow for your fledgling business, and the importance of retaining liquidity until your reach break-even and then sustained profitability.

This webinar is aimed at small businesses throughout Illawarra, South East & Tablelands and Riverina Murray who have just started or have an established business and we have the capacity to host up to 50 people.
