03 Dec Endangered Heritage – Business Profile
Endangered Heritage has been providing collection support and conservation services to private collectors, museums, galleries, archives, and libraries since 2003. The team at Endangered Heritage are specialists in their fields, their advice and expertise are sought after from institutions and governments from around the world. They are the only enterprise in Australia that provide in-house “dig to display” services – that is from archaeological fieldwork, through conservation, to museum display and artefact maintenance.
Business Advisor Lisa LaMaitre was able to connect Victoria with a number of government agencies and key people, to help Endangered Heritage promote the importance of the conservation and heritage sectors, advise on marketing strategy, promotional opportunities and support to prioritise work schedule and business leads.
Endangered Heritage has:
- Launched Conservator on Retainer (COR) membership program and signed Royal Australian Mint, Royal Australian Navy, National Girl Guides, as well as a number of small, regional museums and heritage listed properties as clients.
- Organised National Endangered Skills and Trade Show from Oct 13-15 at The Old Bus Depot Markets and National Museum of Australia in Canberra.
- Completed a “dig to display” at Hilltops Young High School library.
