A Year in Review at Enterprise Plus Business Hubs

As 2024 comes to a close, we proudly reflect on a year of achievements and milestones reached for Business Hubs in Albury, Wagga and Wodonga and our offices in Leeton and Goulburn.

Strong Occupancy & Growing Demand. Our office spaces have continued to thrive with 85% occupancy in Wagga and 100% in Albury, due to the growing demand for flexible, professional work environments.

This year we facilitated approximately 2,000 hours of meetings across these locations. Additionally, our Albury and Wagga Wagga Hubs supported 350 hours of professional development training   throughout the year. Our hot desking services flourished, with over 3,200 hours booked between our Albury and Wagga Hubs, showcasing our ability to service the increasing popularity of flexible desk options.

We’re excited to build on this momentum in the year ahead. Plans include hosting more events and continuing to foster a vibrant community where businesses thrive.
