Meet Charne Moorby, our dedicated Work Placement Coordinator since 2013. Charne brings over 20 years of sales and management experience and a strong customer service focus to her role. Serving the Queanbeyan Palerang and Upper Lachlan communities, Charne finds inspiration in the diversity of her work, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

“The opportunities for students post school can be endless and often their simple participation in the Work Placement Program can open up a world of possibilities.

Charne’s commitment to the Work Placement Program extends beyond her professional role. As a mother and former Rotarian overseeing the Youth Exchange Program, she is deeply passionate about youth development. Witnessing the growth of a student’s capabilities, confidence, and sense of self-worth following a work placement is the greatest reward for Charne.
