What is the best perk that you have had at a job?
As a ski instructor… skiing everyday!
Over the course of your life, how many cities have you lived in and which was your favourite?
Many….
During my 20’s I had a vision to see my own country before seeing the world.
Starting from my home State of Victoria, I jumped on the Indian Pacific Train to Perth, drove to Sydney, the Gold Coast then across to Darwin, flew to London, Toronto, Switzerland, working in many great jobs and companies over a 10-year period.
I have two favourites; London, living and working for the Eurostar Train from London to Paris. And Verbier in the Swiss Alps instructing kids from International Schools, from around the world.
Describe one experience you’ve had where you took a huge leap of faith.
Starting my own small business with far too much passion after I had my second child.
It was just when the internet was kicking off… dial up internet in a country town – what was I thinking?!
Fifteen years on and five websites later…
This leap of faith certainly changed my direction. It turned my life into one big, long, educational journey. Now my daughter has taken an interest, and is running the business, while I help others across the Southern NSW region, to turn their passions into businesses, as I carry out my role as a Business Advisor for the SRBEC.
