Our expert presenter will examine how hyperlinks and QR codes affect website performance and how they can assist you in measuring interactivity and user interaction.

About your presenter: Tanya Creer
Tanya is a Content Specialist and holds a B.L.Arch (Hons) from the (UNSW), Cert 4 Film Producing (Metro Screen), Cert in 3d Animation – (New York Film Academy) and Cert in 2d Advanced Animation (AFTRS).

Tanya has worked in media and marketing for 28 years in various positions, including; Art Director, Creative Director, Senior Brand and Design Manager, Senior Animator, Director of Photography, Motion Design & Digital Designer.

Tanya has a strong background in content production for newspapers, radio, television, film, signage and digital applications. Tanya has worked for a wide range of corporate, commercial, government & charity groups and small to medium-sized businesses. Notably – Channel Nine, Channel Ten, SBS, Seven Plus, ABC, Foxtel, Westpac Corporation & Department of Veterans Affairs & Mitre 10.

Tanya is a director of Southern Tablelands Media and Digital Advisor under the ASBAS program in Southern NSW.

About your host: Colin Taggart
Colin is an online media specialist. He is a marketing and communications professional who has started, managed and successfully sold advertising agencies and technology companies in Europe. He has extensive public relations experience liaising with local and national media on behalf of clients. Colin has proven expertise in launching new businesses and developing branding, marketing plans, websites, social media, and e-commerce strategies.

For many years he was the publisher of the Wagga Wagga City Council Official Visitors Guide and worked with Riverina Regional Tourism, publishing The Riverina Holiday Guide. Colin has a profound understanding of the hospitality and tourism sector. He has strong links within the Wagga business community as a former board member of the Wagga Business Chamber, the Business Enterprise Centre, and the Riverine Club.

He publishes magazines and websites for RAAF Base Wagga and Army Recruit Training Centre, Kapooka, to welcome families and personnel to Wagga.
