Join us at our inaugural FREE local community event Technology 101 for Beginners – Making Tech accessible for all. This event is funded by Enterprise Plus and will be held at Workspace Goulburn, 56 Clinton Street on Friday 30th May from 10am-12:30pm.
This exciting digital training event is created and delivered by our talented work placement students from Goulburn High School, Mulwaree High school and Braidwood Central. These students are currently studying Certificate II Information Digital Technology subjects and are keen to share their knowledge with you.
A morning of fun interactive workshops, engaging discussions and hands-on activities that will spark your creativity and boost your technology skills. Whether you’re looking to learn something new or enhance your talents, there’s something for everyone.
Expect fun challenges, prizes, and a chance to connect with fellow community members in a lively environment and also receive technology advice and tips from our local work placement students.
Topics include:
– Smart Devices
– Streaming networks
– Tech terms and editing pictures
– Security risks
– Social media
There will be four sessions, with a half-hour break in between, and light refreshments will be included.
