Since launching the consultancy business – Lifelong Careers in 2011, Tanya has supported and guided hundreds of individuals through all stages of start-up business and career.
Specialising in partnering with businesses through growth phases and strategic planning, Tanya helps to recruit, induct, train, performance manage and support staff. She also assists businesses in creating policies, procedures, frameworks and systems to establish business operations.
With an extensive background in business mentoring, human resources, career counselling, organisational, and training and development, Tanya is experienced in a diverse range of sectors and industries, including; government, educational, not-for-profit, corporates such as Telstra, Fairfax Media, Tafe NSW, Carlton Unites Breweries, ANZ and National Australia Bank.
Currently working with individuals and small, medium and large corporations, she has designed and delivered numerous operational and career development projects and programs, guiding managers on how to support employees.
In particular, she helps employees to transition to self-employment and employers and how to move seamlessly through corporate restructures and redundancy.
Tanya is qualified with a Graduate Certificate in Career Development, Graduate Certificate -Professional Education and Training- Deakin University, Diploma of Training & Assessment systems- University of Melbourne, & Myers Briggs Accreditation.
